Touch Type is an on-screen typing tutor that works at your pace and helps you learn to type using all your fingers! It uses the three key principles of touch typing. Firstly it has a full picture of the keyboard on screen, so you don't have to look down at your hands. Secondly exercises begin by teaching you the home keys that your fingers rest on in the start position, and then slowly introduce the other keys one by one. Thirdly you see the letter on screen, hear it called out by the built in voice, then type it until, with practice, you find typing quickly becomes intuitive. You can monitor your own progress, with graphs that help you see where you need more practice, and it comes complete with a whole range of exercises.
