Description:
This inactive (No electronics) adaptor is for devices/cables with a PS/2 plug to plug into a USB socket. The device must be USB compatible.

We are not aware of ANY PS/2 devices that are USB compatible!
Though if you were using say a USB mouse plugged into a PS/2 Male to Male lead via a USB to PS/2 adaptor it should work as the cable and adaptors would just be being used as an extension lead!

It will not allow devices not designed for USB to work.
